Over the summer, sitting socially distant on the beach, Jason Ferraro and Chef Scott Schroeder of Philadelphia, former co-owner of favorite Hungry Pigeon, formed a partnership to reinvigorate Ferraro s family restaurant.
Jason s father, Joe Ferraro, opened Cafe Ferraro 36 years ago in the Queen Anne Plaza in the Fairless Hills section of Bristol Township. Now, Jason and his sister, Stephanie arehelping the family restaurant thrive through the pandemic. It s one of those places that people go everyday, Jason said. It s an open kitchen, so they re chatting with my father. It s a little community.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a quaint open kitchen diner where regulars come to get their favorite meals while they converse with Joe Ferraro as he cooks.
