Hyatt Plans Major Expansion of Independent Collection Brands

Hyatt’s independent collection of brands The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, and JdV by Hyatt will undergo a major expansion through 2025, the hotel giant announced this week.
The openings include properties in key markets across the globe.
France’s Hôtel du Palais Biarritz, a part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, expects to reopen its doors in late March 2021 for the season, through Oct. 31, 2021, following a restoration of the 19th-century design and architecture. After completing the final phase of its extensive renovation, the hotel plans to resume operations again in summer 2022.
