With traffic jams on hiking trails, Shenandoah to limit Old Rag access
Shenandoah National Park is preparing to limit the number of people who can visit one of its most popular sites on any given day. As Sandy Hausman reports, Old Rag has been overrun with hikers, creating traffic jams on the trails.
