Transgender students. Administrators in northeast nebraska schools are trying to balance fairness for. A system that would protect them legally. And that seems to be presenting a challenge. A commitee, which will include doctors and psychiatrists will evaluate the petitioning student. And then make a decision. All in an effort to create equality.
