Mangaluru, Feb 5:Â Congress leader and former minister B Ramanath Rai on Friday February 5 said that the BJP-led union government in the centre is looting the poor to fill the pockets of the rich.
Addressing a press meet at Congress Bhavan here, he said, âThe BJP-led union government is working in the interest of five corporates. It is not bothered about the people in the country.â
Speaking on farmers protest against the union government over the three farm laws, Rai said, The BJP-led NDA government has failed to respond to the demands of farmers. Jana Sangh was the party of businessmen. Even the BJP now is a party of businessmen.
