The board of directors of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), chaired by H E Dr Saleh bin Said Masan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for Commerce and Industry, on Tuesday announced the appointment of Eng Dawood bin Salim al Hadabi as the new chief executive officer of Madayn.

The Bat settlements are among the most fascinating archaeological sites in Oman, famous for their ancient beehive tombs and cemeteries made from stone. The site is believed to go back to the third millennium BC. The tombs are one of many UNESCO World Heritage Sites located in Oman, and are found near Ibri in the Governorate of Dhahirah. “The vast necropolis at Bat includes different clusters of monumental tombs that can be divided into two distinct groups,” said UNESCO.

Indian School Ibri celebrated its 34th Annual Day on 4th May 2023, with great enthusiasm and pride. The theme of the celebration was “Brotherhood”.
