There were in new york during the worst of the worst last year. so many overflowing e.r.s and icus that one florida county is asking residents to use 911 sparingly. and they are asking the federal government for ventilators, too. and in texas, one hospital is setting up tents outside in texas in august outside. and they are asking for nurses to come to texas to come to handle all of the covid patients they are seeing. at the same time, both of the governors are issuing order to ban mask mandates...
