COVID-19 briefing: Idaho moves to Stage 4
BOISE, Idaho (KIFI) - Department of Health and Welfare Director Dave Jeppesen, in coordination with Gov. Brad Little, announced during a media briefing Tuesday Idaho is moving to Stage 4 of the Idaho Rebounds Plan.

Stage 4 is the highest and least restrictive stage before being completely reopened.
The biggest change is there are no recommended limitations on gathering sizes, but face coverings and social distancing are strongly recommended for the public and still required at long-term care facilities.
Jeppesen ays 83% of hospitals are operating normally and none are experiencing resource limitations.

BOISE, Idaho The Idaho Dept. of Health and Welfare (IDHW) announced Idaho will move from the modified Stage 3 to Stage 4 of the Idaho Rebound plan during its biweekly meeting regarding COVID-19 in Idaho.

MCCALL, Idaho If you are planning to travel to McCall soon, tourists should be aware there is a mask mandate in effect until May 26, just two days before the start of the Memorial Day weekend.
The McCall City Council voted at its meeting Thursday night to renew its mask mandate for an additional 45 days within city limits.
The intent of the order is to protect McCall’s tourism-based community from COVID-19. Violators of the mask mandate could face a $100 fine.

BOISE, Idaho During a press conference on Friday, Nov. 13, Idaho Gov. Brad Little made the announcement that Idaho would be moving back to Stage 2 of the Idaho Rebound reopening plan. The rollback was in response to the dramatic spike in COVID-19 cases, as Idaho has been averaging 1,000 new cases for 10 of the past 11 days.
