The Anambra State Ministry of Women and Social Welfare, on Tuesday, confirmed the rescue of a 17-year-old girl from her stepfather, Sunday Ezeh, who allegedly tied her hands and feet, and locked her up for a month.

The Commissioner for the Ministry, Ify Obinabo, revealed this development to journalists on Tuesday.
