The St. Regis boys basketball team defeated Valley Christian 69-52 on Thursday in the first round of the Western C Divisional basketball tournament in Frenchtown.

The inclusion of tigers at the facility has been controversial from the start; now a new petition is pushing to send the animals to a wildlife sanctuary.
