Online beauty brands Purplle and Good Glamm made significant acquisitions this week seeking to further their positions in the fast-growing online beauty and personal care segment in India.

The deal is a stock-cash mix transaction which will result in Malini Agarwal, founder of MissMalini, and Nowshad Rizwanullah, co-founder and CEO, becoming shareholders of Good Glamm Group.
