The novel three-dimensional (3D) paper-based portable device can help to monitor liquid food safety and thereby increase the traceability of tainted milk, the researchers of IIT-Madras said. Apart from milk, the device is reportedly also capable of checking other liquids such as water, fruit juice, and even milkshakes for traces of adulteration.
