A Winnipeg woman who was formerly incarcerated wants the four youth recently sentenced in a stabbing at a downtown library to know that change is possible in their lives.
The fourth and final sentenced was handed down in a Winnipeg courtroom Tuesday, for one of four youths charged in a fatal stabbing at the Millennium Library in December 2022.
