BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – Whether it’s inspiration for future backyard projects or meeting a new must-have plant, for 19 years the Home, Lawn, and Garden Day has given Central Illinois gardeners the tools they need to grow.
This annual gardening conference will be 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m., March 6 online via Zoom by the University of Illinois Extension McLean County Master Gardeners.
Home, Lawn, and Garden Day will have live and pre-recorded workshops. The live sessions cover trending horticulture topics, including what’s new at the nursery this spring, heirloom vs. hybrid tomatoes, designing stunning container gardens, native shrubs for your landscape, and gardening for birds, butterflies, and bees.
