The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has dissociated itself from what it described as nefarious activities of some criminal elements scamming people with fake IPOB identity cards within the Orlu areas of Imo State and its environs. IPOB in a disclaimer issued on Friday by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, said that it does not issue identity cards to its members, nor did the leadership of the group authorise anyone to issue identity cards to anyone on her behalf.
