The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State has kicked against Governor Alex Otti’s 2024 budget proposal. The party said it concluded that it is “unrealistic and a ploy to create enough grounds of excuses for his inability to deliver on his promises and much-touted magic wand in good governance and excellent management of resources”.
