This is for the proposed Navigation Centre at seawall lot 30. I will highlight why they stand by the transformatio transforma. Its a class 32 class exemption. It boils town to two main points. One, the project is consistent with the five criteria for a class 32 categorical exemption and therefore qualifies asinfill project.
