We begin i like remind my colleagues once again that this is a tax markup. Weve had quite a bit of discussion about the individual mandate and what that might mean for the impact of the mark, but even so the individual mandate is part of the tax code. It is by indivisible account well within the intended scope of the markup. I intend to rule in the amendments that go beyond changes to the Internal Revenue code, not germane.
