A retired Army personnel claimed that he had approached the Imphal Treasury office many times to claim his due pension since April, 2022. During his visit to the Treasury office, a junior accountants assistant and Daftry demanded a sum of Rs 15,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively for disbursing his monthly pension.
