"This is it, this is all you got," she said, turning on the tap. "And that’s ridiculous. How do you go three days without water? isn’t that a health hazard?"
The issues were reported on Monday, though residents believe that water problems go back weeks. The city says it has no way of knowing if some of its pipes are broken since they're a century old.
