Was voluntary and not all of the hospitals would cooperate. This would support the mission of really identifying the gap and filling it. I think Hillary Ronen is willing to carry the legislation. I think what Climate Change is telling us is that we will be seeing these much more heavier rainfalls in shorter periods of time that are not really predictable. Issues, and some goes to all the clear evidence shows that vulnerable communities are the most likely to suffer the most after a major disaster and have the most difficulty recovering.
