Do you like this income program? Some Los Angeles residents will start to receive $1,000 a month, with no strings attached, for three years if they qualify under the "Guaranteed Income Program." The board of supervisors voted yesterday to approve the proposal for a guaranteed income program. The $1,000 per month will be going to 1,000 qualifying residents for at least three years.
