KUANTAN: MCA vice-president Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker wants to know if the indecent dressing summons issued to a woman for wearing shorts in her store was "settled" or "cancelled".
The management of Rivers State University has banned students from wearing miniskirts, ankle chains (anklets or ankle bracelets), and false eyelashes.
