The presiding judge said the accident caused the woman great mental anguish. The evacuationye was forced to leave home after the Nuclear Accident. When she was allowed to return for a short visit in 2011, she doused herself in gasoline and set herself on fire. Watanabes home is 35 kilometers from the Nuclear Plant. The area is a designated evacuation zone. Her husband and three children say her death was caused by depression. They say as evacuee she faced an uncertain future. Was a 48yearold employee of the church. No word yet whether the shooter had targeted this man but the suspect is described as an average man in his 30s. He was wearing a suit and tie and fled the scene. We dont know if the pastor was at the church. Mike brooks is joining me now. I was listening to some local reports, they were saying this man, the 48yearold victim was leading a prepare service on stage and was shot at point blank range. So we have to believe this is targeted. I would say so. As an investigator thats one of the things im going to think. If somebody goes up and shoots somebody at pointblank range, to me it means they were looking specifically for this guy and the suspect fled the scene in a black subaru. This is early on the investigation, breaking story out of Fulton County. I do worry about the work ethic thats kind of developing in this country. Food stamps up from 17 to 47. Social Security Disability 3 to 9. Unlimited unemployment benefits. I dont think that was the work ethic that our Founding Fathers thought about. I hope as we recover a number of things, well reestablish the need and interest in working. For me, as far as this whole sequestration goes, i think we need to differentiate between tax hikes and spending cuts. Last year it was tax heights that plunged into a recession. The fiscal cliff was a big deal. Sequestration is not a big deal, because Government Spending needs to go down. The market knows that.
