The Hillberry Harvest Moon Festival returns to The Farm campground in Eureka Springs Oct. 7-10. Festival veterans and co-presenters Railroad Earth headline Saturday and Sunday nights. Other returning festival favorites include Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, local names Arkansauce, Opal Agafia, Chucky Waggs and more.

On the most celebratory night of a smaller-than-usual World of Bluegrass, in Raleigh, NC, the IBMA Thursday night crowned a new Entertainer of the Year and one of its youngest ever in bandleader and songwriter Billy Strings. The artist, who released his third album last Friday, also won Guitar Player of the Year for the second time in three years.

Billy Strings was named Entertainer of the Year at the 2021 IBMA bluegrass awards.

As a very busy International Bluegrass Music Association week in Raleigh, North Carolina, wraps up, Grammy and IBMA award-winners The Infamous Stringdusters continue to make their unmistakable mark on modern bluegrass and Americana music.
