In response to the recent guest column in the Perspective section by Attorney General Tim Griffin titled "Hyperbole wont stop FOIA review," I must respectfully disagree with Griffins assessment and raise some concerns regarding the intentions behind bypassing the Freedom of Information Act Task Force.

A bill that would allow small groups of people on public governing boards to meet privately and discuss public business was passed by the Arkansas House of Representatives on Thursday.
