Obviously we were impacted by the storm, not like the northeast, we did not have the flooding of the northeast, but the power went out in new orleans and we had to make a very fast decision to evacuate the campus. and the students just stepped up to the plate. we ferried 40, 50 buses off to houston. from houston, they were able to fly home, really, on very quick notice. their only complaint i got from them is many of them didnt want to leave louisiana because they wanted to help support the stat...
