The gift card promotion helping small businesses in South Stormont spearheaded by community organizer and Deputy Mayor Dave Smith got underway even before its original start date of Dec. 1, and it wrapped up on Dec. 22 with a lucky winner drawn at Jimmy’s restaurant in Ingleside.
