Let me start from the top. Our universities today are getting universally dependent on foreign students. Many of them Chinese Students who pay full tuition. That is my first point. 2, there are Disciplines Research that the universities do, that are critical to National Defense and to our economy in some ways. We have two seriously limit the students who are involved in that, so this is not a revolving door and pipeline straight back to china, korea, russia, or whatever, of our technology and research.
