Delhi: 5 Covid patients at Ganga Ram hospital suffer rectal bleeding due to CMV infection, one dies
Five Covid-19 patients at Delhi s Ganga Ram hospital suffered from cytomegalovirus-related rectal bleeding during the second wave of the pandemic. While one of them succumbed due to massive bleeding and severe chest disease, the three other patients were successfully treated with antiviral therapy with ganciclovir.
