That this is a threat, overall. equivalent to, or probably greater than, 9/11. it comes in a lot of different forms. some cyberattacks, really, are acts of war. i think russian efforts to interfere in our election are a war against the constitution. then, there are others that are intelligence operations. intelligence gathering or clandestine. then, theres another category of criminal activity. some of its state sponsored. some of it, just by good, old-fashioned criminals. theres cybervandalism....
