A slippery evening commute is possible Thursday as a system brings some winter weather to New Hampshire.

The metro area will get more rain than snow

Temperatures warming to 70 by Thursday. Rain will move in on Friday and last through Saturday. Temperatures will drop into the 40s and 50s by the weekend.

A more dramatic rebound in temperatures will take hold by midweek as the jetstream pattern will favor several days of well above-normal warmth in the week ahead. 

Warming temperatures through the end of the week. Rain chances will go up as we head into the end of the work week.

Showers will move in this afternoon. Conditions will dry out to kick off the week. Temperatures will climb to near 70 by the end of the week. Rain chances will climb as well.

The frigid weather on Saturday will be short-lived. Temperatures will soar to the 60s for most of the work week.

Trending cooler through the weekend, before temperatures start warming up again. Showers will be possible again on Thursday, with drier conditions by the end of the week and weekend.
