Completely given up on it that was a major embarrassment and political setback for them to have to do that. because i think this administration sets great store by the idea of having our treatment of terrorists look a certain way to the world. im not certain how effective that view is. but i think its something that deeply preoccupies him and thats why you have interrogation methods taken off the table. you have guantanamo bay, the effort being continually made to close guantanamo bay so far uns...
