Off a snow-covered highway, plunged into an icy river. eight people were in the truck. it happened off interstate 44. in texas, power demand so high from frigid temperatures that customers are still facing the threat of rotating or rolling blackouts. some incredible video out of massachusetts where all of that snow caused a building, look at that, to collapse. news crews were able to capture images in easto in where a months worth of snowfall to much for the building to handle. no one was hurt. ...
