EYEWITNESS TRAFFIC (WBRE/WYOU) — Interstate 81 in Luzerne County was closed due to a crash Monday afternoon. According to PennDOT, Interstate 81 northbound was closed beginning at mile marker 155 in Dorrance due to a crash. Information on the crash is limited at this time.
