McLean County has announced six more COVID-related deaths since Friday. The McLean County Health Department says the deaths include a woman in her 50s, two women in their 70s, a man in his 60s and two men in their 70s.

Fifty McLean County residents are in the hospital with COVID-19. That's a new high for the county since the start of the pandemic. The county also has topped 6,000 active cases for the first time.

The McLean County Health Department is not legally tasked with regulating pop-up COVID testing sites, according to administrator Jessica McKnight, but the agency is “aware” of their growing presence.
