Maritime Energy has an opening for a full time Inventory Control Coordinator. Prior inventory management experience required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task, and who is able to think ahead or take the initiative to create better efficiencies and work flow. Responsibilities include maintaining proper inventory levels at all times for all locations, prepare and submit accurate paperwork including running and reviewing reports, process and schedule return of unused parts, work closely with the Service Managers on billing, procedures and efficiencies, and coordinate office and van inventories.
