Sign Up Pupils and staff at 10 schools in Fife have been forced to self-isolate after being linked to a positive coronavirus case. NHS Fife revealed the latest figures in its weekly update of Monday which lists schools where five or more people are self-isolating as a result of a positive case. The name of schools in Fife where less than five potential contacts have been identified are not revealed to protect confidentiality.

Coronavirus: Positive cases linked to six West Fife schools

St Columba s RC High School, Dunfermline. Woodmill High School, Dunfermline. The NHS update lists where a case has occurred in pupils or staff who are attending the school, and where five or more school contacts have been required to isolate after contact tracing has taken place. Where less than five potential contacts have been identified, these cases will not be included for reasons of pupil/ staff confidentiality.  Also tonight (Monday), it s been confirmed an individual with links to Dunfermline High School has tested positive for COVID-19.    In a letter to parents, the school stated: Working with NHS Fife Public Health and the Test and Protect Team, we have identified a number of pupils as potential contacts, who should self-isolate as a precautionary measure.
