IRCTC has released a warning against a fake website and APK file of app which scammers are using to steal money from IRCTC users.

Earlier on October 7 last year, the CBI filed a chargesheet against former Bihar chief ministers Lalu Prasad, Rabri Devi, their daughter Misa Bharti and 13 others in the alleged land-for-job scam.

In view of the IRCTC scam case, a court in Delhi has summoned RJD patriarch Lalu Yadav and her wife Rabri Devi to record their statements regarding the alleged scam.

The Court was hearing CBI's plea seeking direction to cancel the bail granted to Tejashwi Yadav, one of the accused in the alleged scam case. According to the CBI, Yadav had threatened the CBI officials while addressing a press conference, thereby influencing the case.

CBI cited recent statements of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister to claim he's been threatening probe officials and witnesses

The CBI had sought the directions citing statements made by the Bihar deputy chief minister, which the central agency alleged violated his bail conditions.

A Delhi court on Tuesday advised Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav to be responsible and choose appropriate words while speaking in public.

CBI sought cancellation of Yadav's bail in the IRCTC scam case on the ground that he had publicly threatened its officers and witnesses.

Special Judge Geetanjali Goel, however, asked the Bihar deputy chief minister to be more "careful and choose appropriate words" when criticising investigating officers and the CBI.
