Lao govt, Indian investor ink deal to develop irrigation system
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/Asia News Network): he Lao government and an Indian developer have signed an agreement to develop an irrigation system to boost crop farming in Kaenthao district, Xayaboury province.
