Victim along 1900 block have have spruce street, the chilling video, shows him leaving, and then returning for a second attack. Surveillance video shows the 26 yearold victim just yards from her door at 120 saturday morning when the the suspect rapist comes up behind her and grabs her neck. Police say he forced her to first open up her buildings door and then her apartment. Once inside investigators say he raped and robbed her. My god, the girl had nothing to do with anything. Im really shocked, that this neighbor cant be friendly.
