equipment, hard goods like technology, not on people in the form of job creation or increased wages so you are not getting that spending effect that contributes to gdp at a healthier rate. it leads into the financial reality question we have here. what is that about? money magazine took a look at this as they have for several years. they say their personal finances stable sized. that s compared to 50% of people. imperically, 30% of people say they are doing better. 24% say they are doing worse. they are not confident about it. they have settled into a new norm. nine out of ten say they expect their finances to be roughly the same moving forward. this was interesting. six out of ten are worried about the future when it comes to retirement or having a safety net should there be an emergency. what is behind the depoz it debacle. some story. somebody goes into a bank.
