work, so the national guard, very, very busy. they have humvees out and about, trying to help with that, but as you can see the streets of downtown washington, d.c. are nearly impassable. we re in a four-wheel-drive suv now, we re able to get around, there was a small snow plow here, there was a truck stuck, limbs down, the snow is five or 6 inches thick. as you mentioned, the snow plows are pulled off the street, there s no way to operate them at the moment. emergency vehicles are out, a few people are out walking around. these are city streets, but if you live in residential areas or anywhere in the washington metropolitan now, probably now on up the atlantic seaboard, you re going to have trouble in the neighborhood because those are narrower streets, cars are piled up, snow banks have plowed snow up on the sides, so in the neighborhoods it s difficult
