NVIDIA has partnered with Tata Group to develop an AI cloud in India, aiming to provide critical infrastructure for computing. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will use the AI capabilities to build generative AI applications and upskill 600,000 employees. The collaboration will democratize access to AI infrastructure and accelerate the development of AI solutions.

Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL) has signed Viacom18 Media as the exclusive media rights holder for the Indian Super League (ISL) for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons in a deal worth Rs 550 crore. Viacom18 has an option to extend the deal for an additional three years. Viacom18 will broadcast the ISL on multiple platforms and will stream on JioCinema for free.

Tata Groups consumer unit is in talks to acquire a majority stake in Haldirams, a popular Indian snack food maker. However, Tata is reportedly not comfortable with the $10 billion valuation being sought. If the deal goes through, Tata would compete directly with Pepsi and Mukesh Ambanis Reliance Retail. Haldirams is also considering selling a 10% stake to private equity firms.
