Ithaca Journal Ithaca attorney Elizabeth Aherne announced her candidacy for the New York State Supreme Court Sixth Judicial District election that will take place next fall. The Sixth Judicial District encompasses all of Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Madison, Otsego, Schuyler, Tioga and Tompkins counties.
