Maj. Dorothy Tumulak, PRO-13 information officer, identified the suspect as Jossinael Rosa Intano, 59, of Lianga municipality, Surigao del Sur. "Intano was arrested by the joint operatives from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion, the 3rd Special Forces Battalion of the Army, and the local police of Lianga on Monday (June 6)," Tumulak said in an interview. Intano was arrested in his house by virtue of an arrest warrant for multiple attempted murder issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 7 in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur, she said.
