In a statement, Brig. Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr., the Police Regional Office - Caraga (PRO-13) director, identified the suspect as Charice Tawede Jacinto, 32, an alleged member of the NPA Guerrilla Front 19, North Eastern Mindanao Regional Committee. Seized from the suspect was a .45-caliber pistol bearing the serial number S23079 with a magazine containing four live rounds of ammunition.
