In a statement, Brig. Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr., the PRO-13 director, said the Butuan City Police Station 4 (BCPS4) has filed arson charges against the four NPA rebels responsible for the burning of hauler trucks owned by local businessmen. He identified the NPA rebels in their aliases as "Warren", "Draks", "Janice", and "Abay". "Citing the report from BCPS4, the four suspects are NPA rebels under the Sandatahang Yunit Pampropaganda 21C and Sub-Region of Sentro De Grabidad of Western Guerilla Front 21," he said.
