Why are Russians saving Teutonic castle ruins?
Kaliningrad, Russia’s westernmost region, which used to be German territory, has numerous castle ruins of Russia’s old enemies - the Teutonic knights. Centuries later, local enthusiasts are trying to save what's left of them from further destruction and hope to restore them someday.
