Utica College Professor Luke Perry weighs in on several statewide ballot initiatives being considered this Election Day.

"If you are a woman, avoid Texas. If you are Black, avoid Texas. If you want to lower your chances of dying from coronavirus, avoid Texas."

Early voting starts October 23 and runs until October 31. Early voting locations are open from noon to 6 PM on weekends and noon to 9 PM on weekdays.
